IEC and PR Application

Hi there, I just received my ITA a couple of days ago and getting the last documents together before I submit my application. I'm applying under CEC and meet all the requirements. I'm currently on an IEC two year working visa. It expires on November 16th 2020. I should have been able to apply in mid march but the Pandemic hit and WES essentially shut down for 3 months resulting in a delay in creating my express entry profile.

My question is, does my application for PR affect my IEC working visa, and with the likely delays, will I have to leave Canada if my PR application isn't approved before my IEC working experience runs out?
