IDP OR BRITISH COUNCIL?

I plan to give my re-exam, last time I havd through british council, will it make any difference if this time I give through IDP for L/R/S/W either of these? Kindly help as I'll be attempting from India and deadline is due. Many thanks.

Go for IDP, they usually have a comparatively lenient scoring scheme for speaking part. Rest isn't different for any of these.
