Identity History Summary Request question

Hey all!

Just wondering, do you guys print your FD 258? Will the FBI accept a printed copy, or must it be an original?

I plan on going to The UPS Store in Pittsburgh on McKnight Road to get the fingerprinting done. Is anyone familiar? Anyone able to provide their personal experiences?

The link in my original post says to provide the original fingerprint card. I don't really know what this means. Does this mean I have to order the original fingerprint card from somewhere and I cannot print it?

It should be fine to print out the form; what they are referring to is that once the fingerprints are done, you need to send the original fingerprints...not a copy of the fingerprints themselves. Most places that do fingerprints also have the forms too; you might be able to call them and check.
