In the checklist's identity documents section,
it requires copies of national identity cards (for yourself and all family members)

do family members refer to applicant's siblings, sister and brother father and mother??

Family members
An applicant’s closest relatives, in the context of an application to IRCC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children........not sister, brother, father or mother.
