I'm ready to submit an application for my daughter's citizenship certificate, but I'm struggling to find a second acceptable identity document. She is US by birth (to a Canadian mom) so I have a color copy of her American passport, but I also need a second piece of ID that apparently has to have her date of birth on it. I have a US social security card and a health insurance card, but neither of them includes her date of birth. I have seen comments that show that perhaps a document from her school might be acceptable, but her school is currently closed for the summer.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
