In the US, I have been always asked my driver's license as an ID (because driver's licenses is the state ID), that's why I asked.
How about my child's birth certificate if she was born in the US?

Back to my original answer, the US does not issue ID cards to its citizens or residence, write N/A. If you were a Pakistani citizen, you would have an ID card (NIC) but neither you nor daughter have one.

This statement is incorrect. Each state issues a State ID card. If you have a drivers licence then you do not need to get a separate state ID as the driver licence is an acceptable form of ID. So write the DL number and include a notarized photocopy of your drivers licence.

you dont need to write drivers licence id or state id or birth certificate number.
I have sent my docs recently to sydney and got the AOR.
