Please let me inform that I have total 9 years of banking experience in BD specially in the field of Syndication, Structured Finance, Investment Bank, Financial analyst. Now I wanna apply for Canadian Immigration. My all documents are under process is expected to be completed by mid August. I need to appear at IELTS exam which is scheduled on next August 02 and August 16. For my better preparation to get good score, August 16 is convenient for me but for that the process will be delayed by 15 days (end of august). Will that delay decrease my probability to be qualified for Canadian Immigration.? Another issue under what occupation I should apply? Financial analyst/Credit Manager/Others. Waiting for your valuable suggestions.

You need to analyse your NOC yourself. Nobody can do it better than you. Please go through the 50 eligible occupations and look at the ones that relate to your experience and duties.
Then depending upon your NOC - you can analyse when would it be too late for the application. Example - Nobody would recommend you to wait until September (assuming you sit for IELTS in mid August) if you fall under NOC 1112. But that's my analysis.
Why do you need 15 days to prepare for IELTS ? I mean have you familiarized yourself with the difficulty level of the test ? Take a couple of mock tests (available online on several sites) and assess whether you really need that amount of time to prepare for the test. If possible sit a little earlier and save yourself a few weeks.
