ICT Work Permit rejected and now trying for PR

Hi Guys,

My ICT WP applied by my employer was rejected in Feb 2017, as IRCC asked for LMIA and my organization does not do it.

Now I am applying for PR using EE, currently waiting for ITA with CRS 413. I have declared my WP case while while filling the initial application for EE.

Can anyone confirm will that affect anything and do I need to do anything specific to make sure PR does not get rejected.

Please provide some guidance.

It won't be an issue, you'll just have to state your rejection in the statutory questions once you receive your ITA.
