I applied WP NOC 2281 from US, completed biometric on june 4th in New York VAC. Considering my NOC code i am not covered under priority processing. My current H1B visa expires and i need to go back India on June 30th. Will i be able to continue passport approval request from India ? Also i am planning to renew my spouse passport, can i send new passport along with old passport for stamping ? note: application was filed with old passport.

Yes you can continue processing your WP request if you move just update you address via webform when you return to India. Would only send new passport when you get stamping request.
