I have filed my ICT work permit for Canada in New York in April. My US visa is getting expired by june end. If I am not getting the approval by then, I have to leave US. In that case, can I move to Canada on tourist visa and once after getting the work permit approval, can I get my visa stamped inside Canada? Or can I move to India and get my visa stamped in India after getting the work permit approval?
