Just read this today's news though. They say that they are giving priority to CEC and still these clauses hits out (1 year job offer after pr).
Really don't understand what ircc is inferring.
No i didn't (483 points) but I was confused as to declare or not my new job offer. I thought it might be misrepresentation if I didnt say that I had a job offer. At the end of the day, the agent didnt even count those 50 points.
So yes, I guess to have points for valid job offer, you must have that specific mention that you will still have your job, 1 year after your PR. But honestly whom employer would be ready to write that....
HI all i am currently in ICT and have already my one year i will submit my express entry profile, my employeer has agreed to give me the offer letter, however we are confuded doe sthey need to submit such offer in the employer portal for IRCC or just a letter with the proper details according to the shared links is necesary
No - you don't need an LMIA. However you do need to work in Canada for your employer for at least a year and you must also obtain a letter from your employer stating that they will continue to employ you for at least 1 year after you become a PR.
