Hello!

My company is applying for my ICT from USA and SOWP for my spouse who is still in India as we just got married.

I am quite short on time - I have 6 weeks of visa left in the US.

The lawyer said something like applying for the spouse together might send my application to Indian Embassy and can potentially delay the application. Do you guys think this is a valid concern or I should just go for it?
