Urgent question :

I applied ICT from USA NY on june 2015 . Got the email today to send my passport. But i am in india now . Can i send my passport to India VAC.
Please suggest .... shat should i do.
 
Hi There, I am under the same situation. I will be applying for work permit from NYC but there is a good chance it will not come back before my US Visa runs out.
Can you please let me know how you handled this situation.
