Hi All,

I live in India and applying for Canada Work Permit thru ICT.

My Wife holds H1b and she lives in US with my children. So I also hold US H4 Visa.

I had applied for US L1B and rejected . Now applying to Canada. Whether my L1B US Visa rejections will impact on Canada WP approval

I am also a Cancer Survivor. I had undergone Cancer treatment 4 years back and now i am cancer free for last 4 years. Will this impact WP approval ?
