ICT 50 points claim

I am currently working as a inter company transfer under specialized knowledge skills for the past 4.5 years.
I have another 6 month to stay on ICT now.
To claim 50 points for PR my Company HR will not give one year offer letter. But I have assurance from my manager that I can stay in the project for another 2 years.
Is there any other letter or alternate way which I can use to claim 50 points?
