Hi All, I want to apply for Canada PR
I am not sure which agenecies need to choose to validate my documents ICAS or IQAS which is more reliable and fastest. I can't choose WES as my master degree from Sikkim Manipal University from distance education is not valid as per them

Please guide as I am totally confuse
