I am going to apply for eca report and I know I have to send attested and sealed photocopies with the downloaded form and reference number.
What I am confused about is, I have a 4 year bachelors and a 2 year Masters,
Do I only send the highest degree and its transcript for assessment?
Or if I have to send both (degree and transcript of masters as well as bachelors), they both would be sent in different envelopes?
Secondly, i had my bachelors degree attested by HEC long ago, and the website says it should be attested on the day of sealing, what should I do about that?
