Hi,

i am from Pakistan and i attested my bachelor degree on 11 march 2018 from HEC, i could not apply at that time for my ECA, but would like to proceed now. is it possible if i can use the same attested degree or do i have to get the degree attestation again?

i have read this on their website:

ICAS will not accept documents which have been previously attested and packaged by the HEC at a later date.
