Hi,

My appeal to sponsor my parents is allowed by IAD and the original decision of rejection on the basis of income is set aside. Just wondering, if I shall send updated documents to CPC or shall I expect some form of request from Immigration Officer.

No you don’t send anything, they will ask for updated documents when they require them.

Its the same with us, we won the appeal on june 11,and the reason for rejection (income) was set aside. We have not received any correspondence since then and I'm very worried. Please reply or let me know personally if you receive any news,(arjansinghbatra@gmail.com).

Hello,

My 2020 PGP application has returned stating - not met MNI. Out of 3 yrs (2018, 2019 & 2020) - I have met only 2020 & I have surplus income to even cover the shortage on 2018 & 2019. I am waiting for the letter from IRCC to proceed with the appeal. Can you please shed some light on how you were able to make a appeal successfully?

its the same with us we won the appeal reeived the decision on april 11,2022. then they request for medical on november 26, 2023, then got medical on dec.06 2023, how long will it take to process visa? or does it mean that the they are processing our application and how long they will processed or what next after medical. we applied on nov. 2021

My appeal was accepted in June 2023. IRCC received the decision from IAD in June 2023 to reopen the file. I am still waiting to hear back from IRCC. Is 1 year a normal waiting time for file to reopen?
