I would like to apply for a student visa in my home country in the Philippines while I'm here in UAE

Please help!

Is there anyone who applied for a student visa in their home country while they are working in another country.

Like me, I am working in Dubai (UAE) and would like to apply in the Philippines as a student in Canada.

I got a student visa rejection here in UAE and would like to try in the Philippines, as here in UAE, there is less chance of getting a student visa.

Please help.
