I was going to reply to a work permit but there is no "edit"

I uploaded all my documents and was going to pay the visa fee but all at once, the web site closed.

I got in my cic to finish to reply work permit but there is no edit section..

Online application - action, there should be like "Continue profile or Delete profile" but there is blank..

What should I do?

So its not submitted? Or what is the status of the application? You can just start over if its not submitted.
