My wife is Canadian and I want to visit her in Canada, I need to know what is the chances and the requirment for the TRV? how long shall I stay to get my tempoarory Visa? what documents do I need? do I need an invitation letter?? please help!

Somewhere between slim and none. See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/visa.html also the office in the Country where you are applying from, check their web site for additional requirements. Since you are already applying for PR (spousal I believe) the CHC is going to have doubts that you will return after your visit.
