I want to sponsor my sister and her family

Hi,

I would like to know if someone know if I could sponsor my sister and her family ( spouse and 2 kids ) to join me here in Canada? My father doesn't want to come here as he is old and he said he just want to stay in Philippines, instead he asked me if I could just bring my sister and her family. Is it possible?

I am a single person and my income is for sure enough for the financial requirements.

Um-mm I also want if they allow sisters and brothers BUT I think only 1 way out is Express entry, Provincial Nomination or what else ? MAY be some other senior members can tell you here let's wait !

The single fact that you have a living parent makes this not possible. If you were married or had children in Canada, this would also make it impossible.

Zardoz is correct. You have living parents and therefore are disqualified from sponsoring any other family member. If your sister and family wish to immigrate they must qualify under an economic stream like Express Entry. You can read more about family sponsorship on the CIC website to verify who may be sponsored.
