hii guyz M studying in college in Ontario .My course is of two years so I want to complete my 2nd year course in Winnipeg .My only concern is that am I eligible to get pgwp for 3 years and my study for 1 year in Ontario would be counted or not.

Your study in ontario will not be counted. You have to start fresh from winnipeg.
