my situation is bit messy to me. i'm in now in 2 sem of a two year program and i want to drop out of the college. and join a new college but i already wasted a lot money so i need some time for my parents to my next admission. can i apply for a new study permit extension at the end of my original one without studying the first program. cause i don't think i can do well in that program and i don't want to waste money which is worthless to me. any suggestions? ("can i apply for a new extension by dropping the old course in original permit?")
