Others can comment as well but Almost certainly a scam given the fact flights, accommodation and food are being offered. Plus at some point assume you will be asked to pay.

There are programs introduced by the government which does not directly arrange jobs in Canada for you, but these programs will not get a job for you, you need to make some efforts by your side. If someone guarantees a job, they probably will be selling something and you will find yourself out of money, and still unemployed.
What do think there is to discuss the job offer and LMIA are all fake created by scammers complete with a fake website cloned from a genuine company. There is no job with this LMIA
Yes a pretty common occurrence it seems where common sense never seems to prevail. If looks to good to be true then it will be especially if offers return flights, accommodation and food for in this case a low wage farm workers job.
Afraid immigration programs are fair game as far as these people are concerned given they prey on the fact people are desperate for an immigration opportunity often given without a job offer it is not an option. All they have to do is take a fee and then say the job fell through but their terms are likely fees are non refundable.
To support their scams some of them even employ people who can develop websites except they clone genuine ones all to make it look convincing. Often how ever the scammers are lazy and leave pieces of the original in place. For example recently a ‘hotel’ job offer for a hotel in Calgary which in the fake website boasted a sea view, quite an achievement from Calgary near 1000 km from the sea. Or a so called oil company also in Calgary with a head office picture overlooking the Sydney Australia opera house and harbour.
Rule is if an offer looks too good to be true it is and likely fake. For Canada generally
hotel, oil / gas and farm jobs should be approached with caution especially if free return flights, accommodation and food included
