I saw two decision made on ECAS, but have not received DM letter, what does it mean?

Hi All,
My husband and I got AIP (eligibility passed) and Sponsor Approval letters on June 3 2019
The ECAS did not change until today June 5 2019, it shows "Decision Made" under both Sponsorship application status, and permanent residence application status. But there's no any update on gckey account, does anyone know what does it mean?

The DM letter can take a few days to weeks to come through after it changes on your ecas

There is no such thing as a DM letter. What you will get is a passport request letter that will provide instructions to send your passport for visa stamping and receiving your Confirmation of Permanent Residence letter (COPR) if you are from a non visa exempt country (only done through vfs, same place that does biometrics) or send a copy of your pp along a return envelope to the embassy in your country for only COPR papers. Read the passport request letter carefully. GCkey account does not change to approved until you get your COPR and/or Passport back.

There's no any textual update under permanent residence application status though, only the link gets changed to "Decision Made", I hope it's not a mistake...

Thats right. Its only the underlined part that changes from ‘In Process’ to ‘Decision Made.’ Yes as already answered the process is different for Inland and will be highlighted in your passport request.
