I reported marriage fraud to CBSA but they refused to investigate

I reported a couple who got married to get PR through Express Entry. Both of them are Indian. I reported and CBSA told me that there is nothing they can do because it is Express Entry, they only investigate fraud cases in Sponsorship.

Is that true? CBSA IRCC dont care about marriage fraud in Express Entry?

Forward your complaint to IRCC , they are concerned with anything that got to do with immigration
