I recieved my Express Entry profile as ineligible as soon as i created the account.

Hi,
I created an Express entry profile on 12th October 2018 and received on next day as my Express Entry profile has been reviewed and they have determined that I am not eligible for Express Entry at this time.

What will be the possible reason? My CRS score is 407. (from the eligibility score calculator)
I got IELTS as follows L 8.5 , S 8 , R 7.5 and W 6.0
I have 6+ years of work experience as a software engineer with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
My Spouse also have IELTS as L 8, S 7.5, R 6.5 and W 6.0

And I am from Sri Lanka. Could you please help me to sort this out?
