Hi, I got SINP EE nomination on October 11, I filled in my EE profile number when I submitted SINP application. It has been a week now but I'm still not receiving 600 points. Can I just change my answer in my EE profile that I have Provincial nomination? Or I have to wait till email from IRCC asking to accept nomination or decline? Any insight would be great. Thanks
