I need your help regarding FSW

Hello all of there,

I want to apply for PR through FSW. However, there is something that yet to be understood with regard to FSW.
You are requested to put some light on the follwng as I cann't fulfil those conditions.

•have a valid offer of arranged employment, OR
•be an international student enrolled in a PhD program in Canada (or graduated from a Canadian PhD program within the past 12 months) and meet certain criteria.

At present FSW1 (Federal skilled worker class) is on hold and only above two options are available i-e either

have a valid offer of arranged employment,

OR


•be an international student enrolled in a PhD program in Canada (or graduated from a Canadian PhD program within the past 12 months) and meet certain criteria.


If you can't fulfill any of above two then you can't apply I am afraid.


However one new stream is going to open on Jan 2, 2013 which is called FSTC (federal skilled trade class). check these 2 links if you fulfill this criteria

And 2nd stream is going to open on May 4, 2013 which will be same as before FSWC (federal skilled worker class)
