I recently got my work permit after study. And, i have applied for visitor visa and i have submitted my biometrics, but haven’t get passport submission request. I need to leave Canada in few days because its an emergency. Can anyone guide me please. Should i leave without visa stamp or can I request CIC to change my passport submission location Canada to India. Is it safe to leave or are there any chances of refusal ? Moreover, how much CIC take to reply in these type of cases ?
