I NEED MORE CLARIFICATION ON IFHP- INTERIM FEDERAL HEALTH PROGRAM

Dear all, I was sent a letter on January, 2020 to apply for PR and I have submitted all the necessary documents same that month. I later received request from my cic account to apply for IFHP - Interim Federal Health Program. From the message I was ask either i delete it if it's not applicable to my application. I was giving 60days then. I didn't take any action on it beacause I thought that IFHP meant for Refugee. I was surprised again that same message was sent to me yesterday. Please, I need ur advise. Is this IFHP for me?
