I need infos for post grad work permit

Hi, Is anyone can advice or help me on my current situation, I' m still waotong for my ITA to apply for Permanent resident. My Post Grad work permit and visa is about to expire next Year by March. How Can i stay here in canada? I have an employer which he wants to keep me and work.

You can apply for a bridge open work permit to extend your current work permit assuming you receive an ITA AND submit your application before your current work permit expiry date.

But does it take 6months?and he needs to post the job at job bank.ot go directly at Service Canada. Thanks
