I Need Help

I am currently studying Research, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment in Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS USA. I want to move to Canada but I have no time to prepare for either GMAT or GRE test. Can someone help get university in Canada offering a Ph.D. program in either education or business without any test score as an admission requirement? I want to move as soon as possible. I have the following degrees; MBA-Finance, MBA-Accounting, Ed.S., and BBA-Accounting. Thank you.

Getting into a PhD program is not a fast process. You need to find a professor to supervise you based on your proposed thesis and then you need to get accepted into a program. A PhD in education doesn’t sound reasonable based on your previous degrees.
