Hello fellows, I need help
I believe I have wrongly filled Additional Family Information form.
In this case the principle applicant is my spouse and has filled the form correctly.
But while filling my form, I miss understood Applicant with Principal applicant and left it blank and filled the remaining form.
What I should have done is, "when your spouse is filling the form, he/she will write his/her name in the “Applicant” row & your name in the “Spouse“.
But I didn't!
What can be a remedy to this? Please help??

Do you mean you filled out your name in the "spouse" field and left the "applicant" field empty? If so, then I wouldn't worry about it too much. They will understand since this form is very confusing to a lot of people and they probably are used to seeing this kind of mistake.
