I have done my MBA through ICFAI University Dehradun... now I need to ask University to send attested docs to WES for evaluation. Not sure how I can do this. I already emailed ssd @ icfaiuniversity.com a week before but no response. I am out of India how i will be able to get done my ECA.

Hi you should send email on certification@ibsindia.org & results@ibsindia.org. i did my MBA from ICFAI Hyderabad. so they asked me to take colored xerox of marksheets & certificate & send those to the institute. They will stamp & seal it & send back to you. For Deharadun i am not sure but first send the mail to these emails with your details
I have done my MBA from Punjab Technical University. I want to Know the procedure to get transcripts as i am not in Punjab and not able to go there. Can i get it without going there. Kindly reply along with the procedure. Kindly help its very urgent.
I actually tried to contact ICFAI University via ssd@icfaiuniversity.in but no response. I sent soft photocopies of my degree and transcripts along with Assessment Request form from WES. Not sure when they will response.
You can call @040-23440971 or send email to certification@ibsindia.org and get all information. ICFAI Admin team is really helpful and know entire process very well. I did same when I was in abroad and their response was very quick.
Btw, when did you passed out? if you dont have Dehradun university on degree/ marksheets (in case you passed from Hyderabad/mumbai etc..); then it is better to get another copy of marksheets to make them consistence with Dehradun university.

you will get the response once you send emails to those ID's & they will let you know the process. you can indeed ask them there personal no & talk on phone for more clarity rather then writing so many emails. hope this helps
Can anyone tell me what is the validity period of the application in WES. I mean if I will register in WES and get a reference number.
How many days I have to submit my documents through my university ? I mean how long this reference id will be valid ?
As I am not sure when my university is going to send documents to WES.

This works... I contacted ibs and they responded instantly... they are asking me a scanned copy of WES Request form and I send to them and they confirmed the receipt with a note that documents will be dispatched soon.... let's see when I will receive them....
