My case is little complex. So I graduated from summer 2024. I was charged with a case last January 2024 and it still going to be over in 2026, tho I don’t know the outcome but I am not supposed to leave Canada untill it is resolved. My passport was taken by police. My deadline to apply for PGWP is expired as there was a delay to have my passport back from the crown and police to have my IELTS exam. My student permit was expired on 31st Dec 2024. I gave my ielts exam on 18th Feb 2025 and have my results. How should I apply for PGWP. Please help, thanks!
