hi all,
i am pakistani national.i am applying for trv for canada to attend a training course in toronto. i am buying a franchise worth 35000 canadian dollor to start a business in pakistan.
travel history. i have visited france,holland, Ireland, i have lived in the Uk for nine years with my british wife. now i am trying to settle down in pakistan.
what chance i have to get visitor visa . i have been refused last year for work permit i applied from london.
any suggestion and advice will be apperciated.

Hi

Let the franchise invite you, provide all details linking you to Pakistan, Financials, family history, property etc.

Where is your wife UK or Pakistan.

Visitor visa is not a work permit and as long as you can proof that you will go back to Pakistan it should not be a problem

What kind of training courses are you attending? are they only available in Canada? if they are available in other countries - the VOs might reject you and say you can take the courses in other countries instead of Canada

thanks johnny smart31 for your. my wife is in pakistan with me and i have property on my name worth 125k canadian dollar plus good bank statement . 50 k. its a canadian company based in toronto and that course is available only in canada.
