I need help on my employment, urgent reply pls

Hello, I am working for a bank for four years, but asking them for an employment verification letter may endanger my current livelihood and my current employment, because it is a financial institute and I don't want to realize this. I want to see how I can prove myself as a bank staff member to the CIC, if applying on skilled worker category.Can I do that with pay slip, my bank ID card, on job training certificates and my appointment letter.

no you will probably need it,Try telling your employer you need it for a VISITOR visa application,You can invent a story about an old classmate who did well in Canada Inviting you to visit

Thanks to your reply, if I take this verification letter for another organization here and use it instead for my application, how it will be?I don' t want them to realize that I need it for Canada embassy.
