hi !

i am interested in Canadian immigration and want to know how to put an application up to Canadian immigration office. my particulars are as under just tell me whether i am eligible for immigration or not, which profession suits me best as per my qualification:

• Since 7th February, 2005 I have been working in a government institution which is an apex anti corruption agency of the country as Stenotypist / Personal Assistant to Director A&P Wing as permanent employee.

Job Description
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post from NAB HQ Islamabad often corresponding on behalf of director with government departments and private companies.
• Taking dictation and noting down minutes of meeting.
• Arranging documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
• Organizing and attending meetings with director.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, efficient filing, etc.
• Conducting slideshows at Executive Board Meeting chaired by Director General NAB & other executives.
• Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
• Manage the operation of computer system.
• Take down dictations of notes and drafts from the boss and type them neatly and accurately.
