I Am Eligible for FSW Category.
2147:- Computer Engineers CAP Status: 20
2174:- Computer & Media Developers CAP Status: 51

I Can Arrange All The Documents and Other things Till Aug-2013 End.

what is the Probability for accepting My File...

I think u can visit the immigration forum site here. it will give u a better idea abt number of applications.

I would think it is a bit late for this year's FSW. But if you have to, then apply for 2147. 2174 seems to be extra packed. Are you definitely going to apply in 2014 if not this year? If yes, there is no harm in also applying this year as you will maximum lose courier fees. IELTS and ECA should be valid for 2/5 years so that can used later as well.
