I need help filling out the IMM5669 form.
I received an email through my IRCC account, asking me once again for the IMM5669 form, but with an original signature. I'll tell you how the message arrived: "Separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please read question 6 carefully and list any application(s) or visa(s) you may have previously refused."
Just to mention, I've never been refused and haven't even traveled before. So I don't know what the error was, or where is exactly the mistake.
