I need attested transcripts sent from himalayan university itanagar to wes

I'm not in india currently, so is there anyway i can request the himalayan university to send my sealed transcripts to wes for evaluation? Or is there anyone living in itanagar who can help me do this?

You should get in touch with your college via phone and email and ask for the procedure to apply for transcripts remotely. Most universities allow applicants to apply for transcripts remotely.

Most universities send your transcripts directly to WES.
