Good day all.

Information about visitor visas can be found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/ To be approved for a visitor visa, you must demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. You must also demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to pay for your trip.
It is illegal to work in Canada as a visitor. If you wish to work in Canada, you will need to obtain a work permit. To obtain a work permit, you must first find an employer who is willing to offer you a full time job in Canada. That employer must then obtain an approved LMIA (permission to hire a foreign worker). For the LMIA to be approved, the employer must first advertise the job for at least a month to prove that no Canadian could be found for the role. The employer must then submit the LMIA application for processing along with a $1,000 fee. Processing can take over four months and there is no guarantee of approval. If the LMIA is approved, you can then apply for a work permt. The processing of the work permit will take additional time.
It tends to be extremely difficult to find employers willing to go through the LMIA process. So if you do come here on a visitor visa, it's quite likely you will not find an employer and will not be able to work.
