I mistakenly applied for visitors record instead of travel visa from inside Canada.

I applied for visitor record instead of travel visa and I’m a student in Canada with coop work permit that’s about to graduate from my program in two months, and it got approved. I only found out after I saw the approval. Is it going affect my study permit? What should I do? I’m worried.
