I lost my PR card. Is there any way to find out my PR card no?

I have lost my PR card, so need to apply for replacement. In the application for replacement, there is a column to fill my PR card number, but I don't remember it. I, however, kept the letter sent with my PR card. On the A4 size hard letter paper that has my address and some general information of a permanent resident card, I see a set of the two upper-case alphabets and 10 digits number, starting with RF... right under a bar code at the upper left corner . Could this be my permanent resident card number? Please reply me with the answer if you know. Thank you.

Hi leon..i already landed here in canada last oct 8. and im going to apply for a lost pr card but i dont know my pr card no.. what would be the best thing i would do? please hoping for your help again.

Hi there ! The Permanent Resident ID Card # that CIC gave me is the same as the Client ID # on my Permanent Resident Application file. I'm not sure though if it's the same for all applicants who landed.
