I LOST my Permanent Resident Card. Will I be able to leave Canada w/o it?

My grandmom died so I booked an emergency flight back to Philippines tomorrow. I know that I should report Canadian Immigration that my PRC was lost and I know I cannot return w/o a temporary travel document and so I should get one in my home country. But will the officers at Vancouver airport permit me to leave Canada w/o the PRC?



PS: I met the 730 days residency requirement already. And does anyone know how long does it take to process a temporary travel document?

There are no exit controls at Canadian airports. Probably a week or so.
