Hello and thanks for reading this, as the title says, I'm from Argentina and my boyfriend is a Canadian citizen, I already got my ETA visa to visit him soon. I have some doubts regarding sponsorship,for example... is it possible that I could get a resident visa and so a work permit?
We couldn't live together for because of his job and because I was studying in my country. We think the conjugal partner sponsorship can help us to finally be together.
Also, where can we find the sponsorship form? He Is from Quebec.

Unfortunately I don’t think you are eligible for conjugal because you can technically get married in Canada. Conjugal are for people who have been denied a visitor visa in Canada and who are not legally allowed to marry in their home country.

Options would be to get married or work out a visa in either country where you can live together for 12 consecutive months and apply under common law

Agreed that you are not eligible for the conjugal class. Either get married or live together for a year to become common law and the your boyfriend can sponsor you for PR.
