My student visa is approved and visa is stamped on my passport and i have booked flight on 28th December but i haven't received any POE or correspondence latter that's y i am worrying that i may have face problem at Canada airport ?
is this latter necessary ?

Have u applied paper based or online?
If online then just login to ur CIC account and download the POE letter.
If paper based then link ur account on cic.gc.ca
Even if you don't have a POE letter the TRV stamped in ur passport is enough for the CBSA to access all the info it needs. Don't worry.
its paper based and i linked my account on 19th November but this latter is still not there and one of friend got this latter in pdd format on GC key account but in my account this file is not there

It is found under the heading message about your application and is referred to as correspondence letter.
it's not there .. i check many times for a week but its not there
Send them a case specific enquiry and ask them to send it to u again. Don't worry u will be fine without it just tell the CBSA agent at POE that u did not receive it.

Your TRV counterfoil number can be used by the CBSA agent to access your account.
Use the "report a problem or mistake on this page" option at the bottom of your account page.
If I were you I would stop worrying about the letter and worry about making preparation
